I think John Brown was a terrorist. I think he was a Terrorist because he killed many people the same way White people treated the slaves. I understand he was tryin to stand for what he belived in, but there is other ways to resolve those problems. Also what he did, lead to war and issues we have today. with inocent soldiers dying and ect. Thats why i think he is a Terrorist more then a Heroe.

sincerely,

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord:
He is trampling out the vintage where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning of His terrible swift sword:
His truth is marching on.
(Chorus)
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
Glory, glory, hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.
I have seen Him in the watch-fires of a hundred circling camps,
They have builded Him an altar in the evening dews and damps;
I can read His righteous sentence by the dim and flaring lamps:
His day is marching on.
Chorus
His day is marching on.
I have read a fiery gospel writ in burnished rows of steel:
"As ye deal with my contemners, so with you my grace shall deal;
Let the Hero, born of woman, crush the serpent with His heel,
Since God is marching on."
Chorus
Since God is marching on.
He has sounded forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat;
He is sifting out the hearts of men before His judgment-seat:
Oh, be swift, my soul, to answer Him! be jubilant, my feet!
Our God is marching on.
Chorus
Our God is marching on.
In the beauty of the lilies Christ was born across the sea,
With a glory in His bosom that transfigures you and me:
As He died to make men holy, let us die to make men free,
While God is marching on.
Chorus
While God is marching on.
He is coming like the glory of the morning on the wave,
He is Wisdom to the mighty, He is Succour to the brave,
So the world shall be His footstool, and the soul of Time His slave,
Our God is marching on.
Chorus
Our God is marching on.

In my opinion John Brown was a terrorist. He had always had a violent prespective in him. He killed with his riots alot of people. Mostly everyone thought he was a terrorist as well even president Abraham Lincon said John Brown was a "misguided fanatic

For Me John Brown Was A Hero, Because Even Though He Killed Alot Of People It Was Worth It, Because At The End Slaves Were Going To Be Free. He Believe That Slaves Had To Be Free At Any Cost. From My Poing Of View He Did What Was Right Because Now We Are Free.

---------------
I am for John Brown and I defend the fact that he was a abolitionist and that he fought for his rights adn the slaves rights. I know I would be on his side because i woudl be considered a slvae back then and i would like a white person to defend our rights as slaves. I would also like someone that is willing to do everything to set the slaves free. I consider him a hero just like other people do to. A hero because he is trying to save the black people. Also because of the extreme thing he did people listened and made the country aware how much other people are against slavery. Its also a spark to the civil war because people would of never gone to war to fight over slaves.
